What's Covered

• Items returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unused or defective items in original or reasonable condition
• Wrong items sent by us
• Items damaged during shipping

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@shopbarkhaus.us with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return label or instructions
3. Ship the item back using the provided label
4. Refund is issued within 3-5 business days of us receiving the item

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

• Items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund
• Items showing excessive wear beyond normal use
